Sheila Snow’s eldest son, David has long been involved in the Essiac story and its encouraging outcomes. He is a Professional Engineer with extensive experience planning and managing the development of computer-based communication systems. He is an engaging presenter and has worked with a cross section of private and public sector clients in North America and overseas. His academic background includes degrees in systems design and electrical engineering. He currently volunteers with 350 Ottawa, Climate Reality Canada and is a long-term member of the David Suzuki Foundation.

Having studied the climate change peril, David had been in a space of ‘doom and gloom’ about the future prospects for our species. He became inspired after reading Al Gore’s books and attending a training session by Mr. Gore. There are a number of initiatives our society could readily undertake that make sense in their own right and would contribute to a more sustainable world.
